Scope: Flooring & Finishes, First & Second Fix Carpentry, Custom Units
Ace Carpentry completed a full downstairs upgrade for a residential client in Cabinteely. The project included the supply and installation of 100 square metres of new flooring, delivering a clean, modern finish throughout the space.
The team also designed, built, and installed two custom sliding doors, tailored to maximise space and complement the home’s interior style. In addition, three bespoke wall units were manufactured and fitted, providing both functional storage and a high-end built-in look.
All works were delivered on schedule, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and maintaining a smooth, stress-free experience for the client.

Cillian was great! Cleared 20 tonnes of soil from the back garden (4 skip loads), dug out shrubbery, old railway sleepers and tough-to-clear bamboo. Laid hardcore and a beautiful patio, and re-bricked and plastered a wall. Thrilled with the quality of his work, polite demeanour, time keeping and cost. All in all, would recommend!

Cillian was excellent, he went beyond what he quoted to make sure I was happy. He’s punctual, reasonable and fair price, honest & very hard working. He removed a window, plastered and made it ready for French Door. He removed a door, bricked and plastered this. Put in a drain and plastered it.
